2. Data Collection and Storage (Local Only)

No Personal Data Collection: This application does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information (such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers) on any external servers.

Local Storage: All data entered by the user, including surgical notes, protocols, and supply lists, is stored exclusively on the user's local device storage (Local Storage/IndexedDB). We have no access to your data.

3. Data Retention

Your data is retained on your device for as long as the application is installed. Since we do not have a database or server-side storage, we do not keep any copies of your information.

4. Data Deletion (User Control)

Users have full and absolute control over their data. You can delete your information at any time by:

• Manually deleting specific notes within the app.
• Clearing the application cache/data in your device's settings.
• Uninstalling the application, which will automatically remove all locally stored data.

5. Permissions

The app may request Microphone access only for the Walkie Talkie feature. This is used solely to record voice messages when you actively press the record button. No audio is recorded in the background or stored on our end.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase strictly for technical synchronization of temporary group chats (Walkie Talkie). These messages are temporary and are cleared automatically.

7. Children's Privacy

This app does not collect any data from children and is intended for professional use.
